Which system versions are supported?

Currently, the app is supported on Windows 11.

How do I select a semester schedule?

This is consistent on all Windows 10 devices (see also the video): Open app -> Select menu item on the left “Timetable” -> Click on the gearwheel in the upper right corner -> Select the field of study in the dropdown menu -> Select the semester in the dropdown menu -> Click on “Accept”.

How do I add my individual timetable to the calendar?

To enable this feature you first need your individual iCal link. To do this, go to Intranet and log in with your IZ login data. Then navigate to the section “External” and click on “iCal-Link”. Now click with the right mouse button on the link “Link to iCal file” and depending on your browser please select the following function: Internet Explorer: “Copy link”, Firefox: “Copy link address”, Chrome: “Copy link address” Please note/copy this link. Then open the app and complete the following steps (see also the video): Open app -> select menu item Links “Timetable” -> click + button on the top right -> select “My Calendar” in the popup -> enter ICal link => click button “Add”.
